Cowden-Herrick Board Contracts w/Psychologist

Cowden-Herrick school board members approved a contract with Kendra Brading as school psychologist for the coming school year and to terminate the district's intergovernmental agreement with the Cumberland school district.

The Board agreed to seek mowing proposals; amended the school year calendar to add an emergency day; approved Allred's Floor Service to refinish the high school gym and three elementary classrooms in Herrick. Also, the Board agreed to support the Clay Busting Bobcats with $2,500; and agreed to approved the Vision 2030 board resolution.

Board members hired Andy and Kristen Nohren as junior high track coaches; approved Sydney Lorton as high school volunteer assistant track coach; and accepted a resignation from Mercedes Baylis as junior high cheerleading coach.
