Jasper and Effingham Counties Report COVID-19 Recoveries

While areas of Illinois have continued to see a spike in new cases of COVID-19 (due in large part to an increase in testing), some good news to report from our area.

Jasper County's Health Department reported Thursday that seven residents from the long term care facility at the center of an outbreak of Coronavirus have recovered from the virus. 

Also Thursday, Effingham County's Health Department reported one additional recovery.
