A guilty plea has been entered in a Cumberland County involuntary manslaughter case.

32-year-old Thomas Hills of Toledo pleaded guilty Monday to his role in the death last October of Zachary Yocum of Toledo. As part of the plea, a Class X felony count of home invasion was dismissed.

Sentencing for Hills was scheduled for September 11. Prison time is a possibility, along with probation. Hills will also make restitution for costs incurred in the matter, with the amount to be determined at the sentencing hearing.
