Gabby Barrett to Perform at DuQuoin Fair

Gabby Barrett hit the national stage as a finalist on Season 16 of American Idol and will be an opening act for LANCO August 28th at the DuQuoin State Fair.

Barrett has shared the stage with notable acts like Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Sugarland and Carrie Underwood. Hailed as one of the “10 Best Country Songs” by Rolling Stone Country, her powerhouse ballad “I Hope” cracked the top three on the Billboard Charts and clenched the number one spot on Radio Disney’s Top 50.

Organizers say, "With lyrics that paint spirited pictures of provincial life, these acts are the perfect backdrop for any summer night."

“We aim to secure the best talent possible for the Du Quoin State Fair and continuously strive to provide quality entertainment for everyone to enjoy,” said Josh Gross, Du Quoin State Fair Manager.

The Du Quoin State Fair runs from August 23rd-Spetember 2nd. Admission to this year’s fair is free.
