Effingham Sacred Heart nabbed seventh and eighth grade victories over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City in volleyball action Tuesday.
The Shamrocks won the seventh-grade contest 25-16, 25-19 to improve to 15-1 on the season. In the eighth-grade match, Sacred Heart won 25-11, 21-25, 25-10 and is now 11-2.
In fifth-sixth grade matches, Sacred Heart won 25-19 and CHBC won 25-20.

Jasper County picked up two wins over Casey-Westfield Tuesday evening.
Jasper County lost the opener in the seventh-grade match 26-24 but came back with 25-10 and 25-17 wins for the victory.
In eighth-grade action, Jasper County was a winner 25-23, 25-13.
