Junior Volleyball Results -- Jan. 20

Jasper County improved to 2-0 with a 25-18, 25-21 win in the seventh-grade match.

Ochs led the winners in aces with four and kills with four. Mulvey had three assists. Zumbahlen led in digs with three. Briscoe led in blocks with three.

In eighth-grade play, Jasper County won 25-17, 25-19 and is 1-1.

Thomann and Stanley led in kills with three each. Thoman, Stanley and Copper had one dig each. Meinhart had six aces. Wagner led in assists with six. Stanley, Wagner and Kuhl had one block each.

Jasper County is back in action Thursday at Altamont in a 4:30 p.m. matchup.
