Jasper County was a winner in the seventh-grade match, 25-8, 25-23.
Leading the Bullpups were Nora NIebrugge with three assists, Rachell Emmerich with one kill, Carly Budde and Mallory Littz with one block each and Littz and Cheyenne Barker with one ace each.
In the eighth-grade match, Jasper County won 25-17, 25-17.
St. Anthony's Madelyn Gilmore had six assists in the contest. Alexa Wagner and Reese Hoene had three kills each. Wagner and Rylee Fearday had one dig each. Hoene led in blocks with three. Fearday had two aces.

At Dieterich
Effingham claimed two victories over Dieterich in junior high volleyball action Thursday.
The Mustangs won the seventh-grade match, 25-20, 23-25, 15-6.
Laynee Pankau led in kills with eight for Effingham. Sophie Hahney had seven assists and six aces. Olivia Koester had six aces. April Martin had four digs.
In the eighth-grade match, Effingham was a winner in three sets again. The Mustangs won the opener 25-20 before Dieterich was a 25-22 winner. Effingham then won the match 25-6.
Emery Spicer led in kills with nine, aces with six and digs with eight. Nora Cekander also had eight digs. Seatyn Althoff led in assists with 13.

Stewardson-Strasburg captured two victories over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Thursday evening.
Stew-Stras won the seventh-grade contest 25-14, 25-7 and improved to 5-5.
The winners were led by Zoey Conder with 13 aces, one dig, two kills and two blocks, Anna Brown with one dig and seven assists, Camille Helmink with two kills and Emmalyn Brown with one dig.
CHBC was led by Harper Lilly with four points, one kill and one dig and Raylee Martin with one block.
Stew-Stras then captured the eighth-grade mach, 25-10, 25-12 and stands at 12-1.
Edie Wittenberg led the winners with six aces and seven assists. Jackie Vonderheide had six aces and Karly Wetherell had five digs and five kills.
CHBC was led by Jayla Arnett with three points, one ace and one assist, Ethel Stuckemeyer with two kills and three digs and Carissa Wakefield with one block.

North Clay (Louisville) defeated Altamont in both seventh- and eighth-grade play Thursday.
North Clay won the seventh-grade match, 25-5, 13-25, 25-15.
In the eighth-grade match, North Clay was a winner, 25-19, 15-25, 25-16 to improve to 4-1 in the Junior National Trail Conference and 6-2 overall.
North Clay is back in action Saturday at the Effingham St. Anthony Eighth-Grade Tournament.
