Local State Teams See Seasons End in Quarterfinals

At the 7-1A tournament at Clinton Junior High School, Lincoln West Lincoln-Broadwell defeated Sigel St Michael 23-25, 25-18, 26-24. 

St. Michael team members were Nora Bueker, Riley Worman, Anna Holley, Natalie Ballinger, Kaelyn Ordner, Brooklyn Will, Kinley Titus, Molly McWhorter, Bella Ordner and Sadie Wiessing. The Sharpshooters finished the season with a 22-2 record.

At the 7-2A tournament at Brimfield High School, Springfield Blessed Sacrament defeated Stewardson-Strasburg 25-18, 25-19. 

Stew-Stras team members were Ava Harris, Jackie Vonderheide, Karly Wetherell, Jaelyn Howe, Rosalyn Reel, Ainslee Antrim, Abby Brown, Bella Noffke, Zoey Conder and Edie Wittenberg. Stewardson-Strasburg finished the season with a 21-4 record.

At the 7-3A tournament at Warrensburg-Latham High School, Lockport Kelvin Grove defeated Teutopolis 25-18, 25-12.

Teutopolis team members were Cecelia Donsbach, Emma Isley, Morgan Bloemer, Abby Kocher, Macy Petersen, Lynae Einhorn, Emma Vahling, Elle Ruholl, Addi Meyer, Reagan Slater, Grace Koester, Alicen Niemerg, Summer Vahling, Ella Willenborg and C.C. Mattox. Teutopolis finished the season with a 16-7 record.
