South Central Wins Suspended VB Match

South Central won its previously suspended volleyball match against Woodlawn Thursday evening.

Woodlawn won the opening set 25-22 but the Cougars came back with 25-22, 25-14 scores for the match.

Leading the Cougars were Sierra Arnold with 16 digs and two aces, Brooklyn Garrett with eight kills, Sidney Shumate with 12 assists and Emma Jenne with five blocks.

South Central improved to 15-5 on the season and will be back in action Friday hosting Webber Township (Bluford).
