The Cougars won 25-11, 25-15. Olivia Brauer led the way in assists with nine, digs with seven and aces with two while Sierra Arnold and Sidney Shumate had six digs and two aces each. Brooke Cowger led in kills with 10. Emma Jenne had two blocked shots. South Central will finish a previously suspended match with Woodlawn Wednesday.
CHBC was led by Kyleigh Wallace with three kills, Kaycie Stefanski with one ace, Madison Wojcik and Marissa Summers with two assists each. Karlee Smith had four blocks. Birgen Schlanser led in digs with nine.
In junior varsity play, CHBC was a winner, 19-25, 25-23, 25-23 to improve to 3-10. South Central dropped to 7-3. In freshman/sophomore action, CHBC won the opening set 25-23 but South Central took the second set 25-9. CHBC is 2-6-4 while South Central is 0-4-4.

At Louisville
Teutopolis headed to North Clay (Louisville) and were winners in junior varsity and varsity competition Monday evening.
The Wooden Shoes won the varsity match, 25-20, 25-21 to improve to 9-12 on the season.
Sara Niemerg led in aces with six and digs with 11 for the Shoes. Emily Konkel had seven kills and three blocks. Sara Zumbahlen led in assists with eight.
"We took an early 6-1 lead, fell behind 8-7 then fell behind by three," said T-town Coach Jim Dietz. "At that point, junior Rylee Dittamore came in, quickly picked up two kills which gave us the lead again, which we held for the first set win. The second set was keyed by four aces by Sara NIemerg and one by senior Sara Swingler.
"We did a good job tonight playing defense and we made good choices with when to swing hard and when to work on keeping it in play and just taking North Clay out of system. It's why we were able to hit .228 for the match, one of our best for the season. We need to make sure we don't think about it though and we focus on Dieterich tomorrow. The next step is more important than the last one."
In the junior varsity contest, T-town was a 25-14, 25-14 winner. North Clay captured the freshman/sophomore match, 26-24, 25-22.
At Louisville

Neoga lost the opening set against Moweaqua Central A&M but came back strong for the victory Monday evening.
Central A&M tallied a 25-16 win. Neoga then took the match, 25-17, 29-27.
Sydney Richards led the way in digs with 21 for the Indians and had nine kills. Natalie O'Dell led in aces with five. Haylee Campbell had four blocks. Andrea Burcham led the team in assists with 13.
At Moweaqua

At Strasburg
Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg had to go three sets but finished with a victory over Shelbyville Monday.
The Hatchets won the opener in a tight 26-24 set. Shelbyville came back to take the second set, 25-21 but WSS came out the winner, 25-12.
"I really want to thank the fans from both teams," said WSS Coach Ronda Schlechte. "It really makes the game so much more fun when the crowd gets into it. Tonight was a great game for the girls. We really had to fight for this win. They had to make some adjustments that they haven't had to do, so this was good to see them do it. We've got a busy week, so hopefully, they'll finish strong."
Halle Moomaw, Kinley Quast and Maddie Rincker had three aces each for the Hatchets. Moomaw led in kills with 13. Ella Kinkelaar had 13 assists. Quast led in digs with 12. Moomaw had two solo blocks and four block assists.
Windsor/Stew-Stras improved to 9-5 on the season. and returns to action tonight at Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City.
In junior varsity play, Shelbyville was a 25-18, 25-12 winner. WSS dropped to 10-2.
The freshman/sophomore match also went to Shelbyville, 25-20, 25-13. WSS fell to 9-3-4.
