Teutopolis picked up three victories and suffered two losses.

The Wooden Shoes lost to Mount Carmel, 25-20, 25-23 then defeated Christopher, 25-18, 25-15. Norris City-Omaha-Enfield beat the Wooden Shoes, 25-13, 25-10. North Clay won over T-town, 25-21, 28-16. T-town finished out with a victory over Chester, 17-25, 25-20, 15-13.

"Going to the tournament missing players is tough," said T-town Coach Jim Dietz. "And we had that today. You get used to a lineup and then it's different. Basically it means I didn't get practice right yesterday as a coach. That's on me.

"We did struggle with unforced errors again and that's something we're going to keep fighting while we work on certain things. That caused some issues today as well, but with that said, our serve-receive passing was solid all day and that's the hardest part of things to get right. It was especially true for Sara Niemerg and Summer Wall all day."

T-town was led by Konkel with 26 kills and 10 blocks, Deters with 16 aces, Zumbahlen with 55 assists and Ruholl with 30 digs.
