The Mustangs won the seventh-grade match, 25-9, 25-19. 

EJHS also claimed the eighth-grade contest, 25-18, 25-18.

Effingham isn't back in action until Thursday, Feb. 3 at Dieterich.

Stewardson-Strasburg and Teutopolis split victories Thursday.

Stew-Stras won the seventh-grade match, 25-16, 29-27 and is now 6-2 on the season. T-town dropped to 5-2.

In eighth-grade play, T-town was a winner 25-23, 11-25, 25-10 and improved to 6-1.

Stew-Stras dropped to 4-4.

Stew-Stras returns to action Monday hosting Windsor.

T-town is back in action today at Mattoon.

South Central tallied two victories over Windsor Thursday.

South Central claimed the seventh-grade contest, 25-6 25-6 to improve to 4-3.

In the eighth-grade match, Windsor took the first set 25-18 before South Central came back with 25-18, 25-20 scores for the match.

At Cowden

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City defeated Ramsey in both seventh- and eighth-grade action Thursday.

CHBC won the seventh-grade match, 25-8, 25-23.

In the eighth-grade contest, CHBC was a winner, 25-16, 23-25, 25-23.
