South Central, CHBC Drop Volleyball Matches

Woodlawn won in two sets, 26-24, 25-23. South Central was led by Halle Smith with eight kills, Olivia Brauer with 10 assists, Brooklyn Garrett with 11 digs and Brooke Cowger and Emma Jenne with two blocks each. Brauer had 10 assists. The Cougars dropped to 2-1.
In junior varsity play, South Central was a winner, 25-14, 25-15 and is 2-1. South Central won 25-9 in freshman/sophomore action while Woodlawn took the second set, 25-16. The Cougars frosh/soph are 1-1-1.
South Central is back in action Thursday at St. Elmo/Brownstown.

Okaw Valley played host to Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City and claimed a victory in two sets Monday.
Okaw Valley was a winner, 25-10, 25-17. CHBC dropped to 1-2 on the season.
Leading the Bobcats were Kaycie Stefanski with four kills, Tatyana Duckwitz with three aces and four points, Gracie Heckert with nine digs and Marissa Summers with five assists.
Okaw Valley claimed the junior varsity match, 25-10, 25-11 and a freshman/sophomroe contest, 25-11, 25-6.
