Charleston won the opener 25-20 before the Hearts came back with a 25-22 victory. The Trojans then claimed the match, 25-23.
EHS was led by Samantha Urch with 11 kills, Ali Davis wih 12 assists, Jacy Boatman and Urch with two aces each, Kennedy Sowell with six blocks and Boatman with 18 digs.
The Hearts claimed the junior varsity match, 21-25, 25-21, 15-13.
EHS will be back in action Thursday at Mahomet-Seymour.

Teutopolis traveled to Mahomet-Seymour and fell, 25-13, 25-15 in varsity action Tuesday.
Leading the Wooden Shoes were Carly Michels with five digs and four kills and Hannah Rodgers with five points and five assists.
In the junior varsity match, T-town was a 25-10, 25-20 winner. The Wooden Shoes also claimed the freshman/sophomore match, 21-12, 21-18.

Altamont tallied a National Trail Conference win over Dieterich in Tuesday action.
The Indians won, 25-14, 25-11 to improve to 2-0 in the conference, 3-1 overall.
Leading Altamont were McManaway with five kills, two blocks and 20 assists, Runge and Tappendorf with five kills each and Pemberton with four aces.
Dieterich was led by Gabriella Hardiek and Kaitlyn Boerngen with two kills each, Emily Bloemer with three assists, Emily Hall with five aces and Allie Poe with five digs.
In the junior varsity contest, Dieterich claimed the win, 24-26, 26-24, 25-23. Altamont dropped to 1-1 in the conference, 2-2 overall.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City claimed a non-conference win over Mulberry Grove Tuesday.
CHBC won the varsity contest, 25-7, 25-15. Tatyana Duckwitz led in kills with five, aces with nine and points with 11. Abby Sloan had 14 assists. Zaryah Smith led in digs with five.
CHBC also claimed the junior varsity match, 25-8, 25-18.

St. Elmo/Brownstown lost the opener to Ramsey Tuesday evening but came back to take the match win.
The Eagles fell 26-24 but came back with a 25-20 win and then took the match, 25-21. Leading SEB were Morgan Hall with 10 kills and 13 points, Peyton Garrard with five aces, Shelby Sasse with 18 digs and Laney Baldridge and Hall with one blocked shot each.

Hutsonville/Palestine picked up a non-conference win over Neoga Tuesday. H/P was a winner, 25-14, 25-11.
Leading Neoga were Haley Stodden with two digs, Andrea Burcham with three assists, Abby Hatton with two blocks and Klowee Conder and Trista Moore with two kills each.
In junior varsity play, Neoga was a winner, 25-15, 25-23.

Shelbyville captured up a victory over North Clay (Louisville) in non-conference action Tuesday.
The Rams won 25-22, 25-18. Lexi Rohdemann led the winners in points with 14. Mia Wade and Andi Hall had three aces each. Chloe Watson led in assists with eight. Dru Clark had four kills and Wade led in digs with 14.
Shelbyville is now 3-0 overall.
In junior varsity play, Shelbyville won, 25-10, 25-11 and is also 3-0.
