The Cardinals nabbed the National Trail Conference contest, 26-24, 25-1.
SEB was led by Jo Strauch with four kills, two aces and two blocked shots, Lillian Nolen with two aces, Laney Baldridge with 12 digs and Morgan Hall with seven points.
St. Elmo/Brownstown picked up the junior varsity win, 25-20, 25-16.

South Central nabbed a National Trail Conference win over Neoga Thursday.
The Cougars won 25-14, 25-15 to improve to 2-0 on the season. Halle Smith led the Cougars in kills with nine while Zada Reynolds had eight assists. Madyson Magnus had two aces. Sydnee Garrett led in digs with eight. Alexis Roberts had two blocks.
Neoga was led by Andrea Burcham with three assists, Avery Fearday with four kills and three digs and Abbi Dow with six blocks.
In the junior varsity contest, South Central was a winner. The Cougars claimed the opener 26-24 before Neoga won 25-14. South Central then took the match, 25-22.
South Central also nabbed the freshman/sophomore match, 25-13, 25-10.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg improved to 1-0 in the National Trail Conference and 2-0 overall by beating Dieterich Thursday.
The Hatchets took the win, 25-12, 27-25. Lexi Domzalski led the winners in assists with 15, Gabby Vonderheide had eight kills, Jessica Rauch finished with five aces, Anna Schlechte led in digs with 13.
"We didn't play as strong tonight as I would have liked but a win is a win," said WSS Coach Ronda Schlechte. "Back to the gym tomorrow to iron out our wrinkles. We had a lot of nice plays but we ended up with too many errors across the team."
Dieterich was led by Gabriella Hardiek with eight kills, Emily Bloemer with 11 assists, Allie Poe with 11 digs and Emily Hall with one block.
In junior vasrity action, Windsor/Stew-Stras was a winner, 25-21, 25-19 to improve to 1-0 in the conference, 2-0 overall.

Charleston picked up a varsity victory over Teutopolis Thursday but the Wooden Shoes won the freshman and junior varsity contests.
In the varsity match, the Trojans won 25-16, 25-15. Carly Michels led the Shoes in kills with six and points with three. Julia Probst had six digs. Hannah Rodgers led in assists with eight.
In the junior varsity match, T-town was a winner, 25-20, 25-17. The Shoes also nabbed the freshman contest, 21-16, 21-10.

The Eagles won 25-13, 25-20 to improve to 1-1 on the season. Ochs led the way in aces with three while B. Johnson led in kills with nine and digs with eight. Schafer had 19 assists. Shull led in blocks with two.
Flora claimed the junior varsity match, 25-23, 25-15. Newton won the freshman contest, 28-26, 25-15.

Mia Wade led in points with 12 and had 14 digs for the Rams. Chloe Watson had eight assists. Kynlee Summers led in kills with seven.
