The Seventh-Grade National Trail Conference Volleyball Tournament took place Saturday. St. Elmo/Brownstown finished first followed by Effingham Sacred Heart second, Neoga third and Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City fourth.
Sacred Heart defeated Dieterich 25-14, 26-24 and won over Neoga 25-20, 25-17. The Shamrocks lost to St. Elmo/Brownstown 25-16, 25-18. Altamont fell to St. Elmo/Brownstown 25-10, 25-16 and lost to Windsor 23-25, 25-17, 25-16.

At Charleston
Teutopolis suffered three losses in the Charleston Seventh-Grade Volleyball Tournament Saturday while Jasper County claimed the championship.
Jasper County defeated Teutopolis 25-18, 25-23. In the second match, T-town fell to Charleston 17-25, 25-16, 15-9. Effingham St. Anthony won the final match over T-town 25-19, 25-23. Jasper County defeated Charleston 20-25, 27-25, 15-14, T-town and St. Anthony 25-15, 26-24.

LEIC Tournament
Cumberland claimed the championship of the LEIC Seventh-Grade Volleyball Tournament Saturday.
Cumberland defeated Lawrenceville 25-13, 25-13. The squad then beat Casey-Westfield 25-15, 25-21. In the championship, Cumberland defeated Martinsville 25-12, 12-25, 15-5.
