FLORA -- Altamont High School captured a victory over Flora in volleyball competition Monday.
The Indians won in two sets, 25-17, 25-19. Jackson led in kills with seven and had two aces and eight blocks. Grimsley led in digs with 12 and had two aces. Kuhns led in assists with 10.
In the junior varsity contest, Altamont was a winner, 25-10, 25-7.

At Greenville
Teutopolis swept Greenville in three matches Monday.
The Wooden Shoes won the varsity contest 25-15, 26-24, claimed a junior varsity match 25-16, 25-21 and won the freshman contest 21-14, 21-13.
In varsity play, Julia Frye and Savannah Grimes had three blocks each. Carly Michels led in digs with 14. Erica Michels had 10 kills. Grimes finished with 12 assists.
"Tonight was a nice win against a quality team," said T-town Coach Tim Mills. "Greenville has been a tough match for us in the past. We've lost to them in each of the past three seasons. I thought our setters did a great job of distributing the ball and the hitters were very effective. We also dominated at the service line. We had seven aces but we were also getting a lot of soft attacks from their serve receive."
The Shoes are now 14-6 on the season.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg took a National Trail Conference victory over South Central Monday.
The Hatchets won 25-8, 25-11 to improve to 4-0 in the conference, 9-3 overall.
Mackinzee Reynolds had three aces while Megan Schlechte led in kills with eight and in digs with six. Mackenzi Tabbert led in assists with 16.
The Cougars were led by Lauren Lutz with four points, two assists and two aces and Mackenzie Potter with three digs.
WSS also claimed the junior varsity match, 25-21, 25-18 and the freshman/sophomore contest 25-18, 17-25, 13-11.

St. Elmo/Brownstown picked up a victory over Casey-Westfield Monday.
The Eagles lost the opener 27-25 but came back with 25-21, 25-18 victories for the match.
Marlee Nolan led in kills with 10. Katelyn Maxey, Natalie Oberlink and Vayda Smith had two aces each. Nolan had 11 points.
At St. Elmo

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City downed Moweaqua Central A&M in varsity action Monday.
The Bobcats won 25-18, 25-16 to improve to 7-6 on the season. Allie Stell led in aces with five while Zaryah Smith had seven aces and eight digs. Paeton Underwood led in assists with eight. Jacque Witteborg had 10 digs.
In the junior varsity match, Central A&M won 25-16, 25-19.
At Beecher City

Cumberland played host to Neoga and picked up a 25-18, 25-9 victory.
Katelyn Yaw led in kills with five and aces with three. Maddie Hendrix had five blocks. Tayler McMechan led in assists with seven. Sadie Oakley had 14 digs. The Pirates improve to 9-7.
Neoga was led by Mary Hill with six kills, Aly Easton with 10 assists and Olivia Titus with 11 digs.
Cumberland also nabbed the junior varsity match, 25-16, 25-16.
