Neoga graduate Amanda Baker had a good night in her college volleyball opener for Oakland University.
Baker, in a three-set win over Omaha, helped Oakland with eight kills in 11 attempts with two errors for a hitting percentage of .545, one solo block, four block assists, one dig and one assist.
Baker was among those in her conference nominated for Offensive Player of the Week honors.
