LOUISVILLE -- Teutopolis High School handed host North Clay (Louisville) three volleyball losses Monday evening.
The Wooden Shoes won the varsity match 24-26, 25-9, 25-15 to improve to 10-8 on the season. Katelyn Jansen led in digs with 11 while Julia Frye had nine blocks and 12 points. Macy Michels had 11 kills. Savannah Grimes led in assists with 18.
North Clay was led by Taylor Jones with six blocks and Cassidy Coble with five digs.
T-town also nabbed the junior varsity match 25-23, 24-21, 25-8 to improve to 9-1 and a freshman contest 25-7, 25-15.

Altamont went 25-13, 25-14 to pick up a victory over Ramsey.
Grimsley led the Indians in digs with 18. Hoene had 11 assists while T. Paquette pounded down seven kills and had six aces. Mayhaus had three blocks.
Altamont also nabbed the junior varsity match 25-17, 25-19 to improve to 5-4.

Cumberland hosted the Movin' Maroons of Dieterich and nabbed varsity and junior varsity wins.
The Pirates won the varsity contest 24-26, 25-21, 25-11. Dieterich dropped to 7-9 on the season. The Maroons were led by Hannah Hunzinger with two aces, Madison Bannick with 11 digs, Aly Lane with six kills, Madeline Aherin with eight assists and Allyssa Boerngen and Lauren Garbe with two blocks each.
Cumberland took the junior varsity match 25-13, 25-18. Dieterich fell to 0-11.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg pushed its varsity record to 11-3 with a 25-17, 25-16 victory over Shelbyville Monday.
"The girls were really excited for tonight," said WSS Coach Ronda Schlechte. "They worked hard at practice just for this game and it paid off. I thought they played aggressive with minimal errors. We played the net well, we served well and played good defense. It was a good night all around."
Megan Schlechte led in aces with three and kills with 12 for the Hatchets. Becca Schlechte had 20 assists and 14 digs.
Shelbyville won the junior varsity match 25-19, 25-15. WSS drops to 7-5. The Rams also won the freshman/sophomore match 25-13, 25-17.

Newton tallied a 25-9,2 5-12 win over Salem in action Monday evening. The Eagles are now 19-2 on the season.
Hardiek and Frohning and two aces each. Frohning and Bergbower led in kills with six each. Hartrich had 19 assists. Frohning led in blocks with three. Cohorst had nine digs.
The Eagles won the junior varsity match 25-21, 24-26, 25-19 to remain unbeaten at 7-0. Newton also took a freshman match 25-20, 25-16.

South Central tallied a National Trail Conference win over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, 25-13, 25-16.
The Cougars were led by Emily Chapman with 12 points, three aces and seven assists. Hannah Rubin had three aces and four kills. Kendall Burleyson had four kills. South Central is now 6-1 in the conference, 17-6 overall.
CHBC was led by Skylar Morrison and Kara Clearwater with one ace each. Haley Atchley had five kills. Morrison led in assists with six. Emma Wehrle had nine digs.
The Cougars also nabbed the junior varsity match 25-18,2 5-17 to improve to 9-1. CHBC won the freshman/sophomore match 25-23, 25-12. South Central drops to 2-3.

St. Elmo/Brownstown handed Patoka a loss in three sets. SEB won the opener 25-20 before Patoka came back for a 25-23 win. SEB then won 25-11.
Brandi Howard had eight kills for the winners. Dana Shelton led in points with nine. Tessa Philpot and Deana Shelton had 10 digs each. Ashlyn Mitchell, Marlee Nolan and Dana Shelton had three aces each.
