ALBION -- Edwards County (Albion) ended Altamont's season in the Class 7-2A Edwards County Volleyball Regional Thursday evening.
Edwards County won in two sets, 25-18, 25-19. Altamont ends the season with a 13-9 record and was 7-1 in the National Trail Conference.
Edwards County advances to the Paris Crestowod Sectional against Paris Crestwood at 6 p.m. Monday.

Class 7-3A Robinson Nuttall Regional
Robinson Nuttall claimed its own regional championship Thursday.
The winners downed Paris Mayo, 25-14, 25-17. Robinson Nuttall will now face Pana Monday at 6 p.m. at the Teutopolis Sectional.
Class 7-3A Pana Regional
Pana picked up a victory to win its own regional championship Thursday.
Pana won over Shelbyville Moulton 25-16, 25-21. Pana advances to the Teutopolis Sectional Monday and will take on Robinson Nuttall at 6 p.m. Monday.
Class 7-4A Effingham Regional
Charleston was the champion at the Effingham Regional Thursday evening.
Charleston downed Tolono Unitiy 25-15, 25-17. Charleston will now meet Champaign Edison at 6 p.m. Monday in the Urbana Sectional.
