Effingham split victories with Charleston in junior high school volleyball competition Monday.

Charleston was a winner in the seventh-grade match 25-18, 25-18.

EJHS came back with a 25-23, 25-19 win in eighth-grade play.

At Effingham

Seventh-Grade Match

Eighth-Grade Match

At Altamont

Altamont picked up two victories over Sigel St. Michael in junior high volleyball action Monday.

In the seventh-grade match, Altamont won the opener 25-16 but St. Michael came back with a 25-20 win. The Wildcats then went out with a 25-10 count to improve to 11-7.

In the eighth-grade match, Altamont won 26-24, 25-18 and improved to 5-13.
