Hanna Wolff Named Athlete Of Week

Hanna Wolff was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Indoor Track Field Athlete of the Week.

Wolff, a junior at Clark University, earned the honor for her performances at the Graceland University Weekend Series held Saturday, Jan. 16 in Lamoni, Iowa.

Wolff claimed first place in the weight throw with a throw of 14-05 meters and recorded a second place finish in the shot put with a toss of 11.66  meters.

As a freshman, she earned Honorable Mention in the shot.

Wolff graduated from Altamont High School in 2018 where she was a member of the Indians' volleyball, basketball and track and field teams. She earned four varsity volleyball letters, one varsity basketball letter and four varsity track and field letters. She was a member of the National Honor Society, an Illinois state scholar and salutatorian of her class.

Wolff is the daughter of Kory and Lynn Wolff of Mason.
