EHS Competes in Illinois Prep Top Times

Effingham High School had two athletes qualify at the Illinois Prep Top Times Indoor Championships at the Shirk Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington Saturday.

Taylor Fatheree competed in the 800 and finished ninth with a time of 2:04.89 but did not medal.

Kodai Nishida placed fourth and set a new long jump record at EHS. His jump was 21 feet, 9 3/4 inches.
