An invitational meet at Shelbyville Thursday drew five girls teams and four boys squads.
Taylorville won the girls meet with 192 points. Shelbyville finished second with 72 points, Patoka 33, Brownstown/St. Elmo 24, and Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City 21.
Almost all of the first place finishers were from Taylorville or Shelbyville. The exception was the discus, where Rossborough won for Brownstown/St. Elmo with a toss of 87'7".
Rossborough from Brownstown/St. Elmo took second in the 100 meter hurdles, CHBC finished third in the 4X100, Clearwater of CHBC finished second in the discus, Sefton of Brownstown/St. Elmo finished third in the discus, and Endsley of CHBC finished third in the pole vault.
In the girls meet, Shelbyville won with 107 points. Patoka was second with 32 points, CHBC 31, and Brownstown/St. Elmo 12.
CHBC won the 4X100 in :50.9.
