Michl Earns CCIW All-Conference Track Honors

DECATUR -- The Millikin men’s and women’s track and field team wrapped up two days of competition at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 2-3 at North Central College in Naperville. The Millikin men finished in sixth place with the Big Blue women finishing in eighth.

Athletes were looking for top eight finishes in individual events and top four finishes in relays to earn CCIW All-Conference honors.

Jamie Michl (Newton, H.S.) was sixth in the 1500 meters in 4:53.51 placing her third on Millikin’s all-time performance list.
