The Hearts won all three doubles contests and claimed five singles matches.
Cannon Bockhorn was a winner at No. 2 singles. He opened with a 6-4 loss then rebounded to win 7-6, 10-5. Ross Schafer blanked his opponent 6-0, 6-0. Evan Pryor followed with a 6-0, 6-2 victory.
At the No. 5 spot, Preston Siner won 6-1, 6-1 and Blake Hagler finished out at No. 6 winning, 6-0, 6-3.
In doubles, Pals and Bockhorn combined at the top spot to win 6-4, 6-1. Pryor and Siner claimed 6-3, 6-2 victories at No. 2. Bockhorn and Rece Kinney won the final doubles match 6-0, 6-0.

Teutopolis opened the season by blanking Shelbyville by a 9-0 count Thursday.
The Wooden Shoes were unstoppable, producing four 6-0, 6-0 singles wins as Colin Habing, Will Lewis, Paul Huber and Liam Collins blanked their opponents. In the other two singles natches, Oliver Lee won 6-1, 6-0 and Noah Thompson was a 6-0, 6-1 winner.
In doubles play, Habing and Lewis combined to win 6-0, 6-0 at the No. 1 spot. Lee and Thompson took the second set 6-1, 6-0. Luke Dennis and Huber were winners at No. 3, 6-0, 6-0.
