Mattoon won with 51 points edging EHS with 48, Mount Zion 43, Charleston 26, Mahomet-Seymour 21 and Lincoln 14.
The Hearts claimed two singles championships and a doubles title.
In singles play, Ail Woomer won the championship of the No. 4 singles. Woomer had a first round bye then defeated Koehne of Lincoln, 6-0, 6-3. In the title match, Woomer was a winner over Schroeder of Mount Zion, 7-6 (8), 6-3.
In the No. 5 singles bracket, Izzy Volpi claimed the title. She had a first round bye then downed Charleston's Amaya, 6-3, 7-5 before defeating Mount Zion's Henderson, 7-5, 6-0 for first.
In other singles play, Eden Wendling placed second at the No. 2 singles while Madison Mapes was second at No. 3. Lydia Kull took third at No. 1 and Gracie Kroenlein was third at No. 6.
In doubles play, Mapes and Volpi combined to claim the title of the No. 3 doubles. The pair defeated Mount Zion's Schroeder-Henderson, 6-2, 7-6 (2) then won the championship over Charleston's Larson/Amaya, 6-1, 6-2.
Wendling and Kroenlein combined to finish second in the No. 2 doubles. Third place went to Effingham's Kull and Woomer at No. 1.
