South Central JH Softball Wins at State

South Central won their quarterfinal game in 1A softball this morning defeating Mazon-Verona-Kinsman 8-4.

South Central was down 4-0 going into the bottom of the 3rd but scored 3 runs in the 3rd, 2 in the 4th, a run in the 5th and 2 more in the 6th for the victory.

They will next face undefeated Cambridge JHS in the semifinal game at 9:30 tomorrow morning. Winner of that games goes to the State Championship Game Saturday at 3:30. The losing team will play for 3rd at 1:30.
