GIRLS PREP LEAGUE
Spectrum Screen Graphics handed Remax a 12-8 loss in Girls Prep League action at Evergreen Hollow Park Monday evening.
Spectrum stepped out to a 7-0 first inning lead and never looked back. Andrea Bierman pitched the three-hitter.
In the second contest, Crossroads Bank edged Joe's Pizza 9-8. Crossroads trailed Joe's 8-5 after three innings then had a four-run fourth. Liz Day pitched a four-hitter.
In the third contest, Joe's Pizza defeated Effingham Truck Sales 14-3 behind seven hits. Kaitelyn Kinkelaar pitched a two-hitter for the victory.

GIRLS MINOR LEAGUE
Murphy USA stepped out to a 5-0 first inning lead then added on 10 more in the second for a 15-6 win over Get Fit. Riley Guy and Carol McDevitt combined to pitch the two-hitter.
In the second game, Martin's IGA led 4-2 until the bottom of the third then brought home 11 runs for a 15-2 win. Allison Kowalke pitched the one hitter.
In the final game, First National Bank of Dieterich took the early lead and went on for a 7-2 win over Evergreen Mini Golf. Ava Boehm was the winning pitcher on a two-hitter.
