GIRLS PREP LEAGUE

Joe's Pizza & Pasta claimed a 15-10 win over Spectrum Screen Graphics Thursday evening at Evergreen Hollow Park.

Morgan Krouse was the winning pitcher on a four-hitter. Joe's stepped out to a 13-5 opening inning lead and never looked back.

In the second contest, Effingham Truck Sales downed Crossroads Bank 14-4. Truck Sales took a 10-1 first inning lead. Katie Kabbes pitched a one-hitter.

GIRLS MINOR LEAGUE

First National Bank of Dieterich took a 7-3 first inning lead then held off a final inning challenge to down Chestnut Family Music 12-7.

Both teams had only one hit each. Kelsey Demers claimed the pitching win.

In the second contest, Martin's IGA Plus edged Evergreen Mini Golf 7-6, scoring six runs in the second inning.

Isabella Kronewitter picked up the pitching win on a one-hitter.

In the final game, Heart & Home Realty and Get Fit played to a 7-7 tie.
