The two teams played to a 0-0 tie through the first two innings. The Bullpups then went on a scoring tear with a nine-run third inning and finished the game in five innings via the 10-run rule.
Alexa Wagner had a single and triple while Reese Hoene had two singles. Livia Jansen had a single and two RBI while Peyton Clark and Sylvie Schumacher added a single and an RBI each.
Chloe Kelley went three innings for the pitching win. She allowed one hit, two walks and struck out six.
In the second game, Teutopolis handed the Bullpups an 18-8 loss in six innings.
The Wooden Shoes trailed St .Anthony 2-1 after the first but had a three-run second, then tallied three in the fifth and went on a tear with an 11-run sixth.
T-town had 10 hits led by Addelyn Calkins, Abby Kocher, Taylor McMahon and Lauryn Shue with a double each. Calkins had two RBI while McMahon and Shue had one RBI each. Grace Koester added two singles and three RBI and Reagan Slater a single and three RBI.
Koester was the winner on the mound, going 5.1 innings, allowing eight runs on eight hits, seven walks and striking out one.
St. Anthony was led by Hoene with a double and three RBI and Clark with two singles.
The Bullpups finished the game with 12 errors.
