Effingham High School softball awards were presented recently at the awards banquet by Coach Jerry Trigg.

Awards went to:

JV Pitcher of the Year -- Hope Collier

JV Best Hitter and MVP -- Gloria Rivera

JV Best Defense -- Madison Weis

JV Spirit Award -- Tori Sims

Varsity Pitcher of the Year -- Ciara Kronewitter

Varsity Best Hitter -- Kelli Utz and Deedra Myers

Varsity Best Defense and MVP -- Kelli Utz

Varsity Spirit Award -- Ashley Jamerson

Kelli Utz was named to the Apollo Conference First Team

Deedra Myers was named to the Apollo Conference Second Team
