South Central Sweeps Double Header to End Regular Season

South Central swept a doubleheader Saturday in the Richland County Tournament in Olney.

The Cougars beat Lawrenceville 10-0 in six innings, banging out 11 hits. 

Taegan Webster got the win, going five innings, and giving no runs on four hits with two walks and four strikeouts.

No one scored until the eighth inning when South Central scored twice and held Richland County to one run. 

Webster went the full eight innings, allowing no earned runs and four hits, walking four and striking out nine

South Central ended the regular season with a 22-9 record.
