Effingham Flame Picks Up Doubleheader

The Effingham Flame, 10 and under girls softball team, claimed a doubleheader over the Casey Chaos Wednesday.

In the opener, Effingham was an 11-8 winner behind eight hits. Huss had a single, double and drove in two runs for the winners.

In the second contest, Effingham won 6-4. Davis pitched a two-hitter with eight walks and 11 strikeouts.
