KINMUNDY -- South Central trounced Neoga in girls junior high softball action Monday, 16-1.

The game ended in the fourth due to the 10-run rule. South Central had 12 hits led by Shuler with two singles and three RBI, Watwood with a single, double and three RBI, Ky. Swift with two singles and an RBI, Timmons with two singles and two RBI and Thompson with a double.

The winners improved to 5-1 in the National Trail Conference, 7-5 overall. They return to action Thursday at St. Anthony in a doubleheader.

Neoga had two hits, a double by Kepp with an RBI and a single by Becker.
