Junior High Softball Results -- Sept. 2

Vandalia claimed the opener 15-10. Vandalia held a 8-4 lead after three innings and finished out strong with six runs in the fifth to end the game.

South Central was led by Reid with a triple and two RBI and Montes with two singles.

In the second contest, Vandaila jumped out to a 5-0 first inning lead and went on for a 9-4 victory.

South Central had seven hits led by Reid with a single, and double, Montes with two singles and two RBI, Shuler with two singles and Watwood with a double and two RBI.

South Central is now 6-3 on the season and will travel to Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City today.
