Effingham St. Anthony blanked Flora in junior high softball action, 10-0 Wednesday.

Sydney Kibler threw a no-hitter with two walks and 11 strikeouts.

The Bullpups had seven hits led by S. Kibler with a home run and three RBI. Alayna Coffin had two singles and drove in three runs. Addison Nuxoll finished with two RBI.

Altamont's Grace Nelson pitched a perfect game in a 20-0 victory over Brownstown/St. Elmo Wednesday.

Nelson went four innings allowing no hits, no walks and striking out six.

Meanwhile, Altamont banged out 12 hits led by Nelson with a single, home run and an RBI, L. Reardon with a single, double and an RBI and D. Berg with two singles.

Dieterich was led by L. Jansen and R. Westendorf with a single each.

T. Webster was the winning pitcher on a two-hitter with three walks and 15 strikeouts.
