Girls Prep, Junior Softball League Tournaments

The girls Prep and Junior Softball League Tournaments begin play next week.

The Prep Tourney opens play Monday with two games. J&R Collision Centers, seeded fourth, will face No. 5 Tingley Insurance at 5:30 on the Evergreen Hollow Park West Diamond. Third-seeded Teutopolis State Bank takes on No. 6 Joe's Pizza & Pasta at 7:30.

The tournament will finish out Thursday with top-seeded Fonner Oral Surgery against the winner of the first game on the West Diamond and No. 2 Evergreen Nursing & Rehab at 5:30 on the East Diamond. The two winners of those contests will meet at 7:30 on the West Diamond for the championship.

 

Junior Softball League Tournament

The Junior League Tournament will be a round robin meet held Wednesday at Evergreen Hollow Park, East Diamond.

Service King faces Walk's Auto Body at 5:30 p.m. followed by Walk's Auto Body against Cuvler's at 7. Service King finishes out against Culver's at 8:30.
