Girls Minor Softball League Results -- June 25

Three games were contested in Girls Minor Softball League play at Evergreen Hollow Park Monday.

Dieterich Bank edged Bahrns Equipment, 4-3. Bahrns took a 3-1 first inning lead but Dieterich Bank came back with three in the second.

Kinkelaar had a double for the winners while Hoene and Conder had two singles and an RBI each.

Lorton led Bahrns with a single and double.

In the second contest, Roepke Overhead Door blanked Spectrum Screen Graphics, 2-0.

Roepke had nine hits in the contest led by Henning with a single and double, Fearday with two singles and Shaw with a double and an RBI.

Roepke scored both runs in the second inning.

Spectrum was led by Hayes with two singles.

The third game ended with a 9-9 tie between REMAX and Chesnut Family Music.

Chesnut held a 6-1 opening inning lead but REMAX came back with four runs in the second and third to move ahead 9-6. Chesnut tied in the bottom of the third and the time limit ended the contest.

REMAX had 16 hits led by Shoemaker with two singles and two RBI, Wagner with two singles and an RBI, Allison with two singles, Liva with two singles and an RBI and Bockhorn with two singles.

Chesnut was led by McBride and Wendling with a single, double and an RBI each. Robison, Williams and Brown had a double each.
