ALTAMONT -- Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg blanked Altamont 15-0 in girls junior high softball play Thursday.
WSS stepped out to a 4-0 first inning lead and ended the game after four innings.
The Hatchets had five hits led by Hayes, Pfeiffer, Bean, Koontz and Vonderheide with a single each.
Berg had the lone hit for Altamont with a double. Altamont drops to 0-4 in the National Trail Conference, 0-15 overal.

At Kinmundy
South Central blanked Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City 16-0 in four innings. South Central took a 5-0 first inning lead and finished with nine runs in the fourth.
Halle Smith threw a one-hitter with four walks and seven strikeouts. The lone hit for CHBC came from Tatyana Duckwitz with a single.
Sierra Arnold had two singles, a home run and five RBI for the winners. Smith added a single, triple and an RBI while Taegan Webster had a home run and three RBI. Laney Webster chipped in wth a single, double and two RBI, Brooklyn Garrett had a single and triple, Macy Potter a triple and three RBI, Jaylyn Michel a triple and Lily Malone a single and double.
South Central is now 14-0 on the season.
