Junior High Softball Result -- August 21

VANDALIA -- Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City traveled to Vandalia and fell to the homestanders 12-2 in five innings of junior high softball action Monday.

CHBC took a 1-0 first inning lead and held that until the third when Vandalia scored two runs then tacked on three in the fourth and seven in the fifth. CHBC scored its final run in the fifth.

Tatyana Duckwitz had a double for CHBC while Gracie Heckert had a single, triple and an RBI.
