Koerner Miller Lite downed Ping's in opening round play of the Women's Softball League Tournament Thursday.

Miller Lite tallied three runs in the third inning and held on for a 3-1 victory.

May picked up the pitching win on a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts.

Miller Lite had only two hits, a double by May and a single and two RBI by Dowling.
