REMAX Posts Win on Opening Night of Minor League Tournament

REMAX took a 3-0 first inning lead, then fell behind Spectrum Screen Graphics 6-3 in the top of the second before coming back for an 11-8 victory in the opening game of the Girls Minor League Softball Tournament Thursday at Evergreen Hollow Park.

REMAX had eight hits in the contest led by Jerzi Bierman with a single, two doubles and three RBI. Audrey Kimery had two singles and an RBI.

Kylie Osteen had two singles and an RBI for Spectrum.

The finals of the tournament are set for Monday at Evergreen Hollow Park. Dieterich Bank will play REMAX at 5:30pm on the east diamond, while Chesnut Family Music will take on Bahrns Equipment at 5:30pm on the west diamond. The 5:30pm winners will play at 7:30pm on the east diamond for the tourney championship.
