Walk's Auto Body claimed a 9-4 win over J&R Collision in Girls Junior Softball League action at Evergreen Hollow Park Wednesday.
Walk's took a 4-1 first inning lead and led 6-1 after two. J&R tallied three in the third but Walk's came right back with three in the fourth.
Hannah Hayes led the winners with two singles, a double and three RBI while Britney Walls had two singles and two RBI.
Madi Stortzum had a triple for J&R while Kaitlyn Boerngen and Jasmine Meyer had two singles each.
Walk's Auto Body then fell to Effingham Express Care, 18-7 in the second contest.
The score was tied at 3-3 in the first inning. Express Care tallied four in the second and then broke the game wide open with 11 runs in the third.
Express Care had only six hits led by Kaylee Phillips with two singles, a double and four RBI and Ali Day with two doubles and five RBI.
Hayes had three singles and three RBI for Walk's while Natalie Hayes had two singles and a triple. Natalie Lohman and Cassie Robson had two singles each.
