Windsor/Stew-Stras Wins Okaw Valley Sectional Championship

Congratulations to the Windsor/Stew-Stras Lady Hatchets, who claimed a 1A Sectional championship Saturday morning with a 9-1 victory.
The Lady Hatchets defeated Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond to claim the Okaw Valley championship at Bethany.
Calla Roney got the victory for W/SS.
The Lady Hatchets will play Monday at 11am at the University of Illinois in Springfield against Hardin Calhoun. Hardin Calhoun won their own sectional championship, going eight innings to win 1-0 over Camp Point Central.
