Hatchets Claim Victory, Softball Roundup

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg High School pounded Arcola 14-0 in five innings via the 10-run rule Wednesday in softball competition.

The Hatchets' Schlechte picked up the pitching win on a three-hitter with eight strikeouts.

Roney had a triple and drove in two runs for the winners. Reynolds had a single, triple and four RBI.
