Girls Minor Softball League -- May 16

Dieterich Bank claimed the opening game of the Girls Minor Softball League Monday at Evergreen Hollow Park.

Dieterich blanked Chesnut Family Music 10-0 in four innings. Izzy Volpi pitched a no-hitter.

Eight players had a single each for the winners but only first names were listed.

In the second contest, Martin's outlasted Spectrum Screen Graphics, 18-13.

Martin's had three straight six-run innings. Mya Harvey had a double and also picked up the pitching win. Bria Beals added a double.

Reagan O'Dell led Spectrum with two singles.
