TEUTOPOLIS 17, ST. ELMO/BROWNSTOWN 5

The Lady Shoes gave some starters the day off, but still won by the 10-run rule in five innings, pounding out 14 hits.

Teutopolis scored a run in the first, then added two runs in the second, four in the third, five in the fourth and five more in the fifth to seal the win.

St. Elmo/Brownstown scored three times in the first to take a 3-1 lead and added single runs in the third and fifth innings, doing that on just two hits.

Emma Beckman got the win, allowing four runs, one earned, on one hit and one walk while striking out eight in four innings of work. Elizabeth Will pitched the final inning, allowing an unearned run on one hit while fanning two. Tessa Philpot took the loss, allowing 12 runs, just three earned, on 10 hits and five walks with one strikeout. Bone gave up the other five runs on four hits and four walks in one inning.

DIETERICH 7, MARTINSVILLE 2

The Lady Maroons scored in each of the first three innings, twice in the fourth, and twice in the sixth to secure the win, pounding out 10 hits.

Hanna Ruholl got the win.

SOUTH CENTRAL 9, NEOGA 0

The Lady Cougars scored two runs each in the second, third, sixth and seventh innings and added a run in the fourth, rapping out 12 hits.

Abby King pitched a two-hit shutout for South Central, walking one and fanning 10 batters.

King also led at the plate, homering twice and driving in three runs.
