Wessel's Coors Light Nabs Doubleheader

Wessel's Coors Light claimed a men's fastpitch softball doubleheader over Miller Lite in action Wednesday evening.

Wessel's won the opener 11-2 in five innings. Wessel's banged out 10 hits in the contest as the team played long ball with two doubles and four home runs.

John Niebrugge had a single, double, home run and one RBI while Brent Bohnhoff had a single, home run and three RBI, Mark Niebrugge a solo shot and Zerrusen a double, home run and three RBI.

Tyler Witges had a home run for Miller Lite and two RBI while Dylan Niebrugge had a single and double.

In the second contest, Wessel's claimed a 6-3 victory behind 13 hits. John Niebrugge had a home run and two RBI while Booher had a single and double, Smith three singles and two RBI, Bohnhoff three singles and Mark Niebrugge a single and double.

Aaron Witges had a double and an RBI for Miller Lite and Ryan Ruholl a single, double and an RBI.
