ST. ELMO -- Mulberry Grove traveled to St. Elmo and picked up an 8-4 win over St. Elmo/Brownstown in girls junior high softball competition Wednesday.

Mulberry Grove stepped out to a 2-0 first inning lead. SEB came back with a three-run third but Mulberry Grove tallied three in the sixth and seventh.

SEB (3-8) had five hits, all singles by five different players.
